The Sun sign

In modern popular astrology, the Sun sign is commonly associated with identity, vitality and self-expression. It is the sign most people mean when they ask, “What is your zodiac sign?”

The Moon sign

The Moon is commonly interpreted in relation to emotional patterns, instincts and inner needs. Because the Moon changes signs much faster than the Sun, two people with the same Sun sign can have different Moon signs.

The Rising sign

The Rising sign, or Ascendant, is the zodiac sign rising on the eastern horizon at the time and place used for the chart. Astrologers often connect it with presentation, approach to life and the structure of the houses.
